Thaxen are fully equipped to work in a collaborative manner with commercial bodies to remove the problematic finlock gutters on their existing housing stock, both on a reactive ‘one-off’ basis, or collectively as part of larger planned works.

We assign a dedicated business project manager to all works, allowing the whole process to be managed effectively within a single point of contact. Our PM will liaise with all key stakeholders, including the residents, to plan all impending works and ensure it fits in with all timescales without exception. Completion of all compliance paperwork, KPI/SLA, Project Plans etc, will also be managed by our dedicated project manager, who will also provide regular updates throughout our works against timescales, together with a detailed record post-completion where necessary.
Thaxen have been successful within relevant tenders and getting approved onto Supplier Lists with large commercial bodies, and have processes in place to identify any relevant works that may be advertised for competitive tender.

Thaxen Developments Ltd operate around a comprehensive Health and Safety management system, which contains our full range of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Safe Systems of Work and Method Statements, and provide the governance and direction to allow our operatives to carry out their full range of duties safely without exception, and also provide that essential peace of mind for all our customers. Our accreditations allow us to demonstrate meeting the requirements of SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement), and with our ‘Top Down’ approach, all our operatives are wholly encouraged to contribute to our safety culture in all we do as a business.
Thaxen Developments Ltd are committed to providing all the necessary training to protect our employees, customers and anyone who comes into contact with our working processes. All our operatives are SSSTS/SMSTS trained and are CSCS card holders. We also provided a comprehensive range of operational and development training, including First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Heights, Manual Handling, CoSHH and CDM, which not only meets our statutory and moral obligations, but allows our team to grow as individuals and as part of our valued team, all managed as part of our structured training matrix.
